Off for a Christmas day stroll.

Waylon knows how to make himself bigger. He did this all on his own!

New christmas blanket.

Waylon with his new truck.

Posey with her new dolls. I haven't seen her have this much fun with toys in a long time. In this picture she is scooting the dolls along the floor. The dolls are likely off to the store or school.

Waylon and I with the new blocks. These blocks were a favorite all morning long.

Sitting down for breakfast. I already did the cleanup. We are having Jessica's family favorite, monkey bread. It is heavily modified. Normally it is made with canned biscuits with beef tallow(!) but we used whole wheat yeast bread instead, with butter.

Posey next to her new dollhouse!

Posey drawing with chalk on her new easel.

Here is Waylon taking a closer look at the painting supplies on the easel.
Overall this was a wonderful Christmas although we missed being with extended family. And of course, all Waylon really wanted for Christmas was his two front teeth...
and he got them!
Waylon's first teeth (two of them) came on Christmas Eve.
